    1st week\
    1ST WORK OUT:
    seated cable rows(setup set)
    pull downs(maximum set)
    pull downs(minimum set)
    preacher curls(maximum set)
    preacher curls(minimum set)
    5 MIN PAUSE
    Bench press (setup set)
    pec deck(maximum set)
    pec deck(minimum set)
    pully push downs(maximum set)
    pully push downs(minimum set)
    2DAYS REST
    2ND WORK OUT:
    leg press(setup set)
    leg extension(maximum set)
    leg extension(minimum set)
    leg curls(maximum set)
    leg curls(minimum set)
    5MIN PAUSE
    over head dumbell press(setup set)
    side lateral raises(maximum set)
    side lateral raises(minimum set)
    Bent-over lateral raises(maximum set)
    Bent-over lateral raises(minimum set)
    3DAYS REST
    2ND WEEK\
    3RD WORK OUT:
    as like as the 1st work out
    (Back+bic 5minpause chest+tri)
    3 DAYS OFF
    4TH WORK OUT:
    as like as the 2ND WORK OUT

    Yes - don't bother with it.
    Squats work better than supplements.
