I know what failure is. But I'm totally confused. According to HST, does failure mean you cannot move any more weight with that muscle for a moment?? Like when I've been testing my maxes...the point at which I am not able to complete a full ROM is what I label as 'failure.' I may still be able to do some partial ROM, but they are not full reps, thus I pretty much define that as failure. What is all your definitions of failure?? And what exactly does HST mean when it says failure?
