    New Strength Routine

    After working out on a mass and growth routine for 8 months,im going to change to a strenght routine for a while.Here it is

    Monday:Tris/Shoulders/Chest
    BB bench press
    Flys
    Shoulder presses
    Upright row
    Front lat raises
    Skull crusher
    close grip bench press
    Maybe kickbacks
    Press ups to failure

    Tuesday:Rest

    Wednesday:Back/Biceps
    Deadlifts
    Bent over row
    Lying row
    Shrugs
    Hammer curl
    Ez bar curl

    Thursday:Rest

    Friday:
    Leg extensions
    Leg curls
    Straight legged deadlifts

    Sat and Sun:Rest

    If you think i need to change anything then please tell me.All excercises are 2sets each with 1-4 reps in each set.

    chins
    Bent over row
    Ez bar curl

    Thursday:Rest

    Friday:
    squats
    Straight legged deadlifts

    Sat and Sun:Rest

    I like this one better, I think you have a little too much volume. I would do 2-3 sets of each lift starting with your heaviest set first.

    I would replace kickbacks for weighted dips, and lying row with weighted pull-ups. Your missing one of the best leg exercises.... Squats!! I know it is the most hated and neglected, but you gotta include them in all routine weither it be mass, strength, or cutting routines. Other than that, good routine..... I will try this for my mass next month. What is lying row? Is that the T-Bar row you are talking about?
    405 Deadlift
    275 Bench
    365 Squat

    i dont have a dipping station at home.Lyin rows found at http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...BLyingRow.html I forgot to add chins.Do them to failure to.I cant do squats because of a knee problem.
