    how do these splits look?

    alright, was bored at work, I came up with 13 different splits, here's a couple of the good ones I might switch to:


    SPLIT A
    Day 1: Off
    Day 2: Deads/Shoulders
    Day 3: Off
    Day 4: Chest/Arms
    Day 5: Legs
    Day 6: Off
    Day 7: Back


    SPLIT B
    Day 1: Legs
    Day 2: Back
    Day 3: Off
    Day 4: Deads/Shoulders
    Day 5: Chest/Arms
    Day 6: Off
    Day 7: Off

    Split C
    Day 1: Legs
    Day 2: Off
    Day 3: Chest/Arms
    Day 4: Off
    Day 5: Deads/Shoulders
    Day 6: Back
    Day 7: Off

    Split D
    Day 1: Deads/Shoulders
    Day 2: Off
    Day 3: Back/Bi
    Day 4: Chest/Triceps
    Day 5: Off
    Day 6: Legs
    Day 7: Off


    Split E
    Day 1: Legs/Shoulders
    Day 2: Off
    Day 3: Chest/Triceps
    Day 4: Deadlifts
    Day 5: Off
    Day 6: Back/Biceps
    Day 7: Off


    so which of these do you think I should switch to? Any input is greatly appreciated

    Quit working out so much.

    Lift 2 days a week then do cardio a few days a week.

    Just about any of those splits will work, just remove direct shoulder work.

    And Lettuce, WTF??? Lift 2 days???? Lifting is more important than cardio thats for sure. A good balance of both with probably 4 workouts and 4 cardio sessions at 30mins a piece is an excellent rule to follow. Don't want to overtrain or burn that hard earned muscle.

    yeah, I'm not sure waht he was talking about with the 2 day thing.

    And working the chest does hit the anterior delts, but I'm not sure why I would want to remove direct shoulder work
