Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Back


SPLIT B
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Deads/Shoulders
Day 5: Chest/Arms
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Off

Split C
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Off
Day 3: Chest/Arms
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Deads/Shoulders
Day 6: Back
Day 7: Off

Split D
Day 1: Deads/Shoulders
Day 2: Off
Day 3: Back/Bi
Day 4: Chest/Triceps
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: Off


Split E
Day 1: Legs/Shoulders
Day 2: Off
