DOMS in hammies 5 days later

I'm still experiencing DOMS in my hammies 5 days after my max testing (HST) for the 15's with SLDL. This time I didn't bend my knees, I kept my legs completely straight...could this make such a difference to the DOMS?

You may have stretched out the muscle more, possibly causing further damage than had you not. How's your diet been lately?

pretty good i must say. Eating ~3500 cals a day. 40c/30f/30p. So I don't think that's a problem. The sleep could be a lil issue...I usually get around 7-8 hours a nite.

You'll get that in SLDL and Romanian DL for the first 3 workouts for up to 5 days each

    But it will pass.

any sort of stretching under tension does that - fast twitch fibres are the worst, Hamstrings in SLDL is the worst combo of that as well!

DOMS = Delayed onset of Muscular soreness

Negatives cause all the DOMS in any exercise, and stretching down with a weight in SLDL is about the ultimate pinnacle of that
