    New Routine Needed

    Can someone give me a four day routine, i have had the same routine for like 2 months and i think its time for a change. Here is my current routine:

    Mon: chest and tri's
    Tue: Bi's
    Wen:Off
    Thur: Legs
    Fri: Back and Delts

    i have one question tho adam, wouldnt it be better to do traps w/ back?
