    Yep, he did it. Ryan Kennelly benched 800 this past weekend .... fu*king unbeliveable lift.

    You can find video of it on goheavy.com in the debate forums .... I'd post it, but I don't want to take credit for someone else's video clips. Check it out ... simply amazing.

    I do 900 lbs for reps with no spotter.
