    It seems as if I have gained quite a bit of bulk now. My outer lat spread is significantly visible. I gained 20lbs this year. But my body fat% has increases probably because my stomach skinfolds have increased.

    At what bf% do you think one should cut? Do you need to have certain minimum strength and mass before cutting? I weigh only 170lbs right now. bf% is 15-17 I guess.

    depends on your goals and when you are personally happy with how lean you look. there is no special number to stop cutting. Its when you feel you should either begin maintaining or bulking again.

    personally i dont think a male should go above 15% bf even when bulking. i myself have always stayed under 12% when bulking. it dosent really matter what bf% your at, if you feel your getting a little doughy to your standards, then cut back on some calories a little; at your age i wouldnt start cutting yet. sounds like your really starting to get the hang of it, the last thing you want to do is to lose lean mass. just start cutting back on cals a little.

    I understand what beercan says. But Cack is also right... its not good to stay more than 15% bf.

    I am not planning to compete. Just wanna look good.

    I don't like to go anywhere over 10%... if I get any higher, it's back to chicken and oatmeal until further notice!

    Now this isn't an insult or anything, but I just have a question for the guys that aren't fans of bulking or getting bodyfat percentages in the double digits. How much do you guys weigh?

    If I remember Buff is about 190 maybe even more.

    I am gonna try to bulk to 15%. As I get bigger during each cycle I will try to keep my BF levels under 12%.
