Whenever I do heavy reps on my benchpress my chest really hurts for a couple seconds right after I get up.. The pain doesn't feel like muscle pain, but more like bone pain (not really sure how to explain it).
I feel it only once I am done doing heavy reps and get up from the lay-down benchpress position..
Anyone else experience something similar ? I also feel something like this after I'm done doing bicept exercises..

yea, mine usually comes on back and dl day, but I know what you're talkin about. No idea how to get rid of it.
If it's really bad maybe you got something wrong. But mine's usually just a tight feeling right on my sternum.

Exactly how mine is.. pain doesn't go on long at all, couple seconds at most after each set.
I don't care much for pain as long as its not harming me.
Keep your elbows in close to your lats whilst you bench.
