    my routine(thumbs up or down)

    Here’s our bench routine
    1. Warm up & stretch
    2. 10 Reps w/11's, 22's, 33's, 44's
    3. Max Out
    4. Start with 44's then 33's then 22's, then 11's
    and do as many reps as possible with each.

    (this is all in the same night)

    Is this a good routine or not, please give me feedback.

    What are you trying to accomplish?
    Squats work better than supplements.
