I am 16, 5'9", 144lbs. I am about 11% - 12% body fat and I wanna get down to about 7% or 8%. I watch what I eat. I don't really have a "diet", but I do watch what I eat and make sure I get plenty of protien, water, and necessary carbs. If you have any advice, please drop me a line. Thanks!
Advice: This is wannabebig forum, you are not big enough. Get bigger, then lower your body fat....see threads on bulking.

I would not be bulking at 12%! I would drop down to 7%, then bulk your way back up.
do canines refer to arm measurements? cause if so those are some small pipes
My initial question, which you all obviosly didn't understand, was how can I lower my body fat percentage? Feel free to answer that question this time (Hense it was the only question I asked so I don't so how you got so confused)

what kind of training and cardio do you do? dieting isn't the only thing that will lower your BF%.
T_Man, you can add lean mass or you can diet. your choice.
Eat less calories, do more calorie burning activities. There's no magic formula to losing fat.
Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.
Read "Hardcore Bodybuilding: The Scientific Approach"
It shows a diagram on how to cycle your calories and weight. As you increase your muscle mass your body fat percentage will decrease. I would work on getting bigger before trying to get cut.
You are only 127lb of lean body mass.
