    Middle of the night?

    What are the effects of eating in the middle of the night, say 2:00-3:00 AM? I wake up quite often during this timeframe and have a glass of water or two, so I have the opportunity to be taking in calories. Should I?

    Not particularly, I was thinking maybe my body would use food differently at this time than it would when I've been awake for a few hours.

    if you're hungry eat. if not, drink, go to the bathroom, go back to sleep.

    if you ate just for the sake of eating, and then went back to sleep, you might wind up putting fat on for it, as your metabolism is slower then. i'm not sure what your goals are tho.

    Well I am bulking, but like all people... trying to keep the fat gains to a minimum. Thanks for the advice!

    I say if your up mix some protein in with your water. I know my buddy Gyno Rhino (over in Gen. Chat) did that last summer and MY GOD did he pack on muscle that summer! Jesus that boy got fooking huge! That alone probably didn't contribute to his mass but it helped.

    I drink a glass of milk when I get up in the middle of the night. Just me. And I've been cutting, now that I'm bulking maybe I'll add some cottage cheese and fruit to my milk.
    Now in pain, only working out the walking sticks.
