    i waana know dat ...wat technique matters on lowering the amount of FAT the .....

    1)light weight with more number of reps

    2)heavy weight with less number of reps

    DIET!!!
    Any exercise helps lower the amount of fat. Just make sure your output exceeds your input.

    yeah.. your diet and also cardio work, running and stuff helps you to lose fat

    when u sweat you're losing sweat, isnt that right? something like that anyway
