    bigger arms in 3 workouts

    ROFL!

I'd post this in training, but I think it's more humourous than useful as training advice!

I could add some size if it was the only training you where doing. I think an inch is a little far fetched though.

the claim that it will 'add size no matter how big you are' is what got me laughing the hardest.

    my opinion

what is with arm size obbsession,
im asuming its for punching power cause of the term "guns"
the power in your punch comes from your pecs, front delts, triceps, and forearms, and afew other muscles like quads and calves.

if your using your biceps to punch your swinging like a mofo.

also who sees a good physic with huge arms and small shoulders?

who else agrees with this being a good shoulder/arm size ratio

punching power also depends on speed. you can be as strong as an ox but if you are slow as molasses but the time your punch is in transit you can be knocked out !

How about it recommending not to use the full range of motion? Is it true that using more weight, but a limited ROM will build more muscle?

So you don't wanna get big, do you?

for curls there is this thing call 21's, where u go from the bottom up half way 7 times, then from the a 90 degree angle up 7 times, then do the full rang of motion 7 times, but with that u need light weight...seems to make my muscles scream everytime

21s yeah heard of them never really do them tho, I prefer hammer curls or concentration curls for biceps
To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.

Do you go to that site regularly? I go on it sometimes, I read that sh*t yesterday, I also agree that it's pretty stupid.
