I need some help with my legs. I play hockey and tonight i got leg pump so bad i had to sit out for about 20 mins to let the pump go down. I just got back into lifting and have been taking creatine. The muscle that runs down the outside of your shin bone is the only muscle that i am having a problem with. Should i stop lifting while skating? or should i stop taking creatine? Would the creatine make my legs pump up or is it something else. Dam it hurts!!!!
