I don't normally do this, but I am tempted to hit my arms again today after a grueling session yesterday.
Reason being is they almost feel as though they can go another 10 sets or so.
If I were to blast my arms again today, and then let them rest for the next few days...would that have a good impact on muscle growth?
Oops, I mean nope. It would have a BAD impact... Overtraining = BAD.
It's not overtraining if I give it the next four days or so to recover, and chug down tons of protein...don't ya think?
Yah, go ahead you'll be fine. Probably be good for them.
