    how long is mixed whey protein good for?

    i wanna pre-mix a few servings and take it to work, just wondering if anyone else has done this, how long does it stay good i.e. drinkable and effective. refrigerated and non-refrigerated? im using optimum's 100% whey.

    u will probably need to mix it again or shake the hell out of it after a few hours cuz it will coagulate (spelling?) (that is a big word...)
