Sorry Ronan, I know we discussed just writing this down in my book but for several reasons, writing it in here will be more helpful.
1/ I go on here every morning while drinking my green tea
2/ this way, you can see exactly what I'm up to!
Goals for 2 weeks:
I will have laid a foundation of healthy, consistent eating which I will want to continue following
I will take the necessary meds at the designated times thus my moods will be more stable and consistent
I will have all my debts paid off
I will be further along in reaching my goal of quitting smoking for good ( this is more or less accomplished already )
I will use thermogenics as a means to performance enhancement, and not to combat my emotions
I will approach my training with re-newed enthusiasm and vigour!
I will do shoulders only for weight training
I will consistently drink 6-8 L of water each day
