    I admit I didn't read but one day.....but you will never gain those 10 pounds eating 1381 calories a day.

    OK, I see (my bad), you are plugging in your food as they day goes on, so you will end up with more cals than what is showing so far. If your goal is to gain 10 pounds, you are just going to have to make sure you are taking in more calories than you burn.
