Eat clean every 2.5-3 hours. As LAM mentioned, do cardio...if you only have access to a jumprope and treadmill, then use them.

There are two keys to unlock this door your at. First, as the others have said, eat clean, no slips. The second, add cardio. You have a jump rope, use it. Try to jump rope for as long as you can, at a fairly moderate rate of speed. Eventually build up to a longer period of time (say 30 minutes as your goal), and keep going faster and faster. Make sure you do it somewhere though where the floor is soft, so don't do it on a concrete floor, but something that will give slightly, such as a gym floor. Good Luck!
Second place is just a generic term your mom created to make you not feel bad about losing, because second place is actually first loser!

I dunno if cardio is really the best way to lose fat, cuz it helps to kill yer muscles, so wouldn't it be smarter to just eat less?

cardio doesn't burn muscle. it's the manner in which cardio is performed and the timing of the cardio session. low and moderate-intensity cardio will burn more FFA's than high-intensity cardio if performed on an empty stomach. high-intensity cardio will burn more calories after the session but burns less FFA's during the actual session than low to moderate intensity cardio. early morning cardio sessions "can" be catabolic if high-intensity cardio is done as cortisol levels are naturaly higher in the early morning...

So if you do 30 minutes of Low Int. cardio and increse to high (70-80% max) would that be the ultimate cardio workout?
