they say to alternate your routine every 6 weeks or so ... any comments on this.. and what are some ways of doing this w/out changing an entire routine or do you need to change the exercizes ... ?
There's nothing wrong with changing things around once in awhile... it keeps things more interesting for you and it keeps your muscles "guessing". Some times just switching the order of things is enough to warrant better gains.

thanks for the quick reply... taking the bench presses out of my routine and the squats would really be a damper as i love doing them and i cant see doing a routine w/out um
