Row to Neck and Rear Delts
Ok, my real delts are really lagging behind...actually, I don't seem to have been born with any. I know most of the guys around here are doing Bent Raises for Posterior Delts, but what are your opinions of rows to the Neck?
Never tried those.
What I have tried that works well for hiting your posterior delts and middle traps is seated v-bar rows, to your neck / chin area. Instead of pulling the v-bar to your midsection for your lats and midback you pull it to your neck for your traps and rear delts. Works well if you ask me. Try pausing with the v-bar at your neck.
The upright rows have worked for me.
