    butchers..

    this may have been discussed previously, but i aint seen the thread.. well ive always wondered why the stereotype butcher is a bald fat man, when all butches really eat is red meat..

    There is a butcher next to the place where i work that is HUGE, can tell that he takes training seriously. Not the typical bald fat man for sure.
    Current Stats --------------- Training Goals: Improve athletic conditioning.
    Squat - 305lbs - 1/23/06 ----- 335
    Deadlift - 415lbs - 2/4/06 ---- 435
    Bench - 90s*7 ----------------- 100s*5
    Weight - 208 ------------------ 190
    Height - 5'10"

    stereotypes are observations about people which are true. i don't know why people get so mad about it.

    You can be in keto all you want.. If you eat 5000 cals a day, you'll still gain weight (unless that's yer maintenance.. then eat 10K, you'll gain weight).
