    how often do most of you do cardio if at all during bulk cycles

    I don't do cardio during bulking...I'm not too worried about my cardiovascular health at this point....I'll save the cardio for my cutting phases.

    Twice a week..........

    High intensity for 20 minutes and I'm done.
