    Question about lower chest.

    I am doing the WBB1 routine and so far, it has been great. But I notice that my upper chest is getting huge, but my pecs and around the nipple area is still somewhat small.

    My question is, does the lower chest tend to grow slower than the upper? My delts are getting big when i flex, just seems like my pecs are sorta behind...

    Should i continue to do the routine as is, or instead of doing:

    2x 6-8 Flat Barbell Bench
    2x 6-8 Slight Incline Dumbbell Bench

    replace the incline with a flat dumbbell bench?

    There should be a kind of censorship on the word "upper" so it appears as "*****".
