Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
I just added deads to my workout and I'm constantly leaving the gym with bruised knees. I've read that Sumo Deadlifts can keep me from banging my knees. How far exactly are you suppose to keep your feet?
