    weight: 190 TRYING TO CUT

    anyhow please comment, i need to know exactly what needs work.from the pics provided...i know you cant tell much due to the fat deposit, but comment away..!

    the quads look good the hamstrings and calves need work...

    them quads are completley overdeveloped compared to your hammies. but yeah, thos are some big wheels!

    Hamstrings need work, otherwise, lookin' real good.

    I think his calves look good, though in proportion to his quads they might be small.
