    Ok here goes nothing weight 199
    diet. 7.am 8 eggs 2bowls of malto meals two peices of whole grain toast and a protein shake
    9.am proteiin shake
    12pm 75 grams of maltodextrin and 25 grams of protein
    1:30pm-chicken and brown rice
    2:30pm-can of tuna
    4:00pm protein shake
    6:00pm two 1/4 lb burgers and fried potatoes
    8:30pm cottage cheese and a glass of milk
    11:00pm two scoops of whey

    workout-back bis (was rushed)
    dead lift-225x8 275x6(wrist hurts from deads?)
    db row 80x8 100x6
    plate loaded lat pull-230x8 300x5
    cybex lat pull-300x8 315x6
    db curl-40'sx16 50;s x12
    shrugs 270 x12x3


    supplements: vit C flax and multi vit(missed flax oncetoday)

    ok i counted cals today 3650 but 700 of them were cookies damn tollhouse

    today was an off day
    drank 5 liters of water
    took vit C and flax on time today

    rising phoenix and TP made me lmao in the chat today

    leg day
    squat- 225x8 295x6(pr)
    hack squat machine- 105x8 195x6
    straight legged deads-145x8 165x6
    revrse leg curls-130x8 140x6
    just remembered i forgot calves(damn)


    felt real good - animal like all day

    took my vit c and flax on time today

    Today was an off day

    food: 4200 calories

    omelette malto meal footlong double meat sea food and crab 2 chicken chomichangas chicken and rice bagel sandwich 2 protein drinks cottage cheese tuna and 4 peices of whole wheat bread

    feel real tired (sleepy) its only 8.30 but might go to bed anyway

    took flax and C on time

    really excited about chest day tommorrow

    chest shoulders and tris

    db bench 60'sx12,80'sx10,90'sx8 100'sx8(highest db available

    flys 25lb dbs 6 times three sets(arms fully wxtended touching the ground)

    db plate press 230x10 300x6 350x5

    incline bench 65lb dbs x8 75'sx6 100's x 6 (yeah baby)

    shouders-barbell raises 40lbs x10x2

    tris-close grip bench 135x10 165x6 185x4(im too sexy)

    skull crushers-80x10 110x4 (get into my belly!)


    took flax and vit C on time ate good felt better

    will get 8hrs of sleep tonight

    shrugs 295lbs(in plates this metal has a handles and you load plates on it and lift the whole thing someone please tell me what this is called) 295lbs+ the metal thing 12x3

    i wish i could nap after workouts but time dosnt permit

    ok a good day did legs and even cardio consomed 4200 calories

    legs-squat 225x8 295x6
    hack squat-105x8 195x6
    stiff leged dead-145x8 165x6 (on box)
    leg extensions 100x8 110x6
    calve raises-290x12 300x12
    calf extensions-195x25x2

    took glutamine C and flax on time(need to start carrying a journal at workout)

    drank over a gallon of water refuse to force it down

    at least 6 weeks i wont be liftin 6weeks to 3 months with torn ligaments

    thats ****ed up i mean if its so bad i wouldnt have been able to do my lifts right?

    ok been workin out and eating semi-well

    weight 198 but i feel like a smaller version of my 220 weight which dosnt encourage me to keep cutting

    cals 2600
    protein 240-300

    low reps still and my strength has not decreased yet.

    cardio 3days a week at 30 min

    thanks to cack and body for help with my diet.

    oh im up to 60 lb db curls and repping the who machines on all the cybex equipment

    db bench 200x12x2

    gettin frustrated with cutting i might just go for broke with gains

    at 220 i couldnt tell any less fat than i do now Maybe thats just because i see myself everyday

    although my brohter from SC came and said he could tell i lost weight and didnt look like i lost any muscle

    Today i spewed baby batter all over the neighbores cat!


    Anyway did legs and bis tues- legs are starting to suffer from reduced cals

    still curling 60 lb dbs for 4 reps in each hand.

    cant get arms sore for sh*t

    wed diet

    6 eggs,cherrios,ham

    fish and rice

    tuna and pasta

    protein shake

    tuna
    protein shake

    2burgers

    1burger milk

    protein shake

    totaly of 2275 calories

    legs and bis-good effort although i wanted to leave as soon as i got to the gym.

    Did negatives for bis and really saw some maps surface so thats always cool

    diet today-- malto meal peice of toast and omellet and shake 7am

    shake 10 am

    psotworkout-2pm malto and protein

    chicken/rice 3pm

    shake-5pm

    tuna peanuts milk-7pm

    shake-1030pm

    cals 2000

    ok im still trying to cut but i dont think i can do it much longer todays diet

    7 am eggs peice of whoel grain oatbread(pb) protein shake

    9 am - half a protein shake

    10 am half a chicken breast

    11 am half a shake

    12 pm-1/2 cup of oatmeal(pb) and half a can of tuna

    1pm a shake

    3pm half a can of tuna

    5pm half a shake

    6pm low fat kilbassa and wheat chex

    7:30- eggs and turkey with a little cheese(tsp of flax)

    9 pm half a shake and a little bowls of pecans

    11pm two servings of protein


    are the pecans bad ? i figured they would have good fat but im just gueesing

    7 am 3 whole eggs 1 white whoel cheese

    11 am burger 1tsp of flax and a hunk of cheese

    2 pm protein shake kilbassa and pork rinds

    6pm ham and cheese

    8 pm 1 tbs of flax and cheese

    11 pm 2 shakes

    Keto isnt that bad! i feel foggy sometimes but other than that its cool today for breakfast i had 8 strips of greasy ass bacon!


    i coat small portions of meat with cheese and top it with mayo its hella good! chicken strips covered in mozerella with mayo on top is great.

    i havnt used oils besides some flax now and then and havnt had a shake besides bedtime for 3 days now.

    porkrinds are good for mimicking chips and if you really had cravings for bread(which i havnt) take a few eggs mixed with protein and flax and put it in the oven


    tommorrow is depletion workout its gonna be demanding as i feel pretty spent

    depletion workout was ok i did a circuit type routine to cut time down it took an hour and 15 min.

    yesterday was carb up i gained 4 1/2 lbs according to teh scale this morning(prob increased water retention)

    Sorry to interfere-- but why not eat a decent diet while doing this? Keto is rarely if ever a permanent solution to fat loss; and if you're taking over an hour to lift, then your training could probably use a few tweaks to.

    Just some ideas.
