New comer here. I have been training for over 5 years. I welcome any comments of what I should be focusing on. I know that I have to lose 20-30 lbs and recently started a KETO diet. Lost around 8 lbs in 3 weeks. Trying to keep mass while slowly losing the fat.
The first picture was taken in 1998 and the 2nd picture is recent.
I was always the fat kid growing up until I was 29 years old when I finally dropped 80 lbs...went from 240 to 160. Now I weigh 201 from 209 3 weeks ago.
