We have been training for like the same time, have almost equal strength and out body has gone through almost the same progress (your leaner than me, I'm a bit bigger). Way to go for the both of us lol

feb->march I tried atkins and hated it.
mar->june, eating a healthy diet, counting protein/carbs/fat
june->now, eating generally crappy (errr, bulking?)
feb to now - > working out 3-5 times a day and getting cardio at least twice a week.
I hope you meant 3-5 times a week.

think you look the best now actually. You did an awesome job and I bet yur family must of been jopping their jaws.
WHen you started did you eat to build muscle or lose fat? and did you lift heavy or life to tone?

i think your august is the best improvemnt from july, your first pic and last pic is a tremendous change; in gaining muscle mass and trimming fat.
i think you lost some weight in your face aswell, are you on the body for life program?
