    Squats and deadlifts

    I started squats yesterday and I see the huge difference between them and leg presses. Once I got my form down I got busy and loved em. I'm hating them today though cuz my ass and hamstrings are screaming at me.

    Anybody know were I can find deadlifts on the exrx site? I've been looking but I don't see them.
