    weight training website.....

    anyone here been to www.ast-ss.com for info re: weight traing, nutrition, and such? other than the fact that they really hype thier products they seem like they know what they're talking about. check it out if ya haven't already.

    Yep i just bought their products , its creatine & Vp2 Protein but im going to start using them the next week. I think they r really a good & serios company.
