My dumb question : One Arm DB Rows and Lying Dumbell Rows
I think I could focus better with the Lying Dumbell Rows but I don't think I've ever seen anyone actually do them. Currently I've been using the One Arm Dumbell Rows and by the end of the set I can't focus well on my back.
Any comments? Thanks.
