    Macros of the ROLL

    Anybody know the macros of a DELI ROLL? I have a book, but I cant find it.. I even looked on that website that everyone goes to, couldnt find it there either.. Thanx..

    It's in 'The Complete Book of Food Counts', but there are like 5 pages of rolls and generally--unless the roll was store bought and is listed--I just average the figures for all the different items out. Here's my 'estimation':

    30g carbs/1g fiber, 5g protein, 3g fat
