I used to weight about 230 (at 6'0-6'1). I dieted down to 175 at 6'1-6'2 and now I'm about 190. When I lost all that weight, I did lose a bit of muscle, but I've put some back on (maybe near what I lost; not really sure).
Anyway, I still have a bit of "skinny-fat" left around my middle and stuff, and I was wondering...would continuing to cut be the better solution to get rid of that, or would it be easier to start a slow, sorta clean bulk now and start cutting around February or something? I really don't wanna put on more fat (even though that may be inevitable). I ask this because I wonder if I need to fill out some of this loose skin a little more before I can effectively cut the fat.
?????? If you want to lose fat, just keep cutting out food or wait a bit more. However, long term, just putting on more muscle will serve you well

American cars are like fat people, sure, they have a lot of power, but they're not built well, and they have all that useless weight, plus they make both make funny noises.

Belial in reference to Ronnie Coleman, "Some people say he still has blood in his steroid stream, but I doubt it. Gas isn't one of the side effects, but that massive bloated overly muscular freak of nature circus sideshow appearance might be what tips most people off."
Keep in mind that the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. I'm in the same boat as you right now, fucked up my dieting and lost too much muscle... now I'm gonna slowly gain it back without the fat and start from scratch and be careful.
