The before is a little less than a year ago. I'm 5'9" 165 lbs now I was between 145-150 a year ago. To be honest I'm a little disappointed with my progress partially because I had a couple months off while travelling and partially because I haven't been to the gym in ~6 months, I've been working out at home but I don't get as good workouts.

I think that is a noticeable 15 lb difference. Im judging you have a fast metabolsim.

Ok I just added a couple of pictures maybe the first one isn't the best. Thanks for the positive comments, about the diet I don't have anything set. On a good day I'll have for breakfast a chicken breast in a sandwich, snack protien shake + yogurt, lunch some kind of sandwich with coldcuts cheese etc, snack the same, dinner steak+ potatoes. On a bad day it's burgers and fries and cookies and other garbage. Also I'm carrying a little more fat than before maybe it doesn't look like it because the abs are better.

I didn't notice any difference in your first set of pics, but the second set...your arms are MUCH bigger and your chest is showing progress.
