Its a MS Excel file. Its very easy to use.
Basically, it has the routine, the weeks, the workouts, explained for you. If you dont even know what 15RM, 10RM, 5RM means it will be explained for you here....all you have to do is punch in your 1 rep max value, and it will give you the 15RM, 10RM, and 5RM.
