    Full body routine.

I know this has probably been asked a lot before but can you guys just hear me out?

I kickbox on tuesdays and thursdays and cannot comprimise that. So I'm thinking about doing a full body routine on tuesdays and thursdays too, before kickboxing. I tried working out on mon, wed, and fri while kickboxing on tues and thurs and it just left me burnt out.

For my full body routine I'm going to do something a bit different. I'll make up 2 different full body workouts and alternate so maybe my muscles wont get stressed as much.

Will this still work? I would really like to continue lifting.

    How bout something like this....

    2 day split.

Sat - push routine - squats, presses etc..
Sun - pull routine - rows, curls etc..
    mon - off
    tue - kickboxing
    wed - off
    thu - kickboxing
    fri - off.................repeat

Doing a full body workout before you train kickboxing is a bad idea belive me !

Yeah, your probably right. I was thinking just do it all at once then get a lot of rest. Thursday to the following tuesday is 3 full off days. I thought that might be enough.
