    Who knows Nutrition.....Help a fella out (Part:2)

    What are some other foods beside eggs, tuna, and milk....for obtaining protien. Something unorthodox to what a regular person consumes to gain muscle mass.

    steak, pork, cheese, beans and rice, nuts
    chicken...

    duck, turkey, vension, boar.

    lots of different types of fish. monk fish, sea bass.

    sea food. prawns, mussel, cockles, lobster, crab.

    most nuts.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

    keep in mind, shell fish are also a good source of cholestrol.
    and cheese is pretty high in fat.

    FISH, sushi, powdered milk, yogurt, you want to know what i found that is eally cool a chicken bolw @Jack in the Box only has 6g of fat and 36 g of protein
