    Mass and strength idea

    I was wondering if I should combine a strength and size workout or alternate weeks. I was thinking of going one week would be medium volume 1-5 reps. And the next week would be 8-12 reps. Should i do that or just combine them. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks. I was planning on starting Hst after the basketball season.

    I tried that early on in my lifting days and had good results with it.
