    Help A Beginner

    I just started working out about a month ago and i dont go to a gym, i have a bench press, curl bar, dumbells, and a barbell, and over all 64 pounds of weight, when i work out i curl 14 until my arm gets tired and then switch, and bench 50 until i get tired. i also do some tricept exercises, and i dont think this is enough variety and i havent noticed much of a change, could someone maybe tell me a few new exercies help me get bigger?
