Does your front squat hurt your forearms?

Just wondering if ur front squat hurts ur forearms. After doing em, i really can't grip anything, and I am doing very light weight. Also, if anyone has any energy, could u find me either a link or type the correct form of a front squat? Just wanna make sure I am doing em right. Thanks

Place the bar up higher on your chest/shoulder girdle

they shouldnt hurt your forearms at all if done correctly. If anything they will hurt your delts once you start using heavier poundage. LAM is correct, placed the bar higher.

put wrist straps on the bar, rack the bar on your shoulders/chest and then hold onto the straps.

Do these bother anyone else's rotator cuff? My delts are a little sore, but I sometimes get a sharp pain in one of my shoulders where the bar seems to be sitting right on my rotator cuff...

I do direct rotator cuff work, but it doesn't seem to have any effect with front squats. Its not so much my strength/flexibility in that area that bothers the shoulder, its more the weight of the bar sitting right on the rotator that agitates it, not sure if there is a way around this...

I think you may ahve it sitting on the wrong place

it should sit on your front delts, you should push you elbows inwards. and the bar should butt right against your throat. You should feel like drowning and chocking

Its not an easy exercise that's for sure!
