Alright, here is my situation. I am currently 5,8 160lbs, I have been bulking for the last 2 months, beginning at 145lbs. I am quite happy with the way my body has developed, as I have been able to remain both cut and maintain my sixpack. The only place I have observed noticeable weight gain is in my face. My question is this, I have been eating 2-3 large meals a day while bulking, and I was wondering if I could achieve some fat loss by further breaking up my diet in to smaller meals? Also, what range of calories would anyone here recommend for maintenence for my height and weight? Any further suggestions concerning my problem would also be greatly appreciated, and I thank you for your responses.
