I have to gain 15lbs. I eat six times a day including 2 meal replacements. I have protein, cards and veg for every meal. I recently added a chicken breats to my breakfast of oatmeal and 5 egg whites. I lift first thing in the morning, the only time I have. I traine so hard that if eat I puke. I wake up have a protien shake with water then again right after training and then breakfast and the rest of my meals. What can I do? I'm stuck at 155lbs but I'm getting stronger every work out, but not bigger.
I'm 155lbs and I can bech 315lb, people look at me weird at the gym
