    training time

    I work rotating shifts at work 4 days 4 off 4 nights etc. would it be better to keep working out when i wake up or try to keep around the same time everyday..???? or any other suggestions are welcome also. thanx

    try them both and go with the one where you have the most productive training sessions.

    i find the afternoons a great time to workout. i'm not a morning person though. i can amp myself up more after a long day at work taking my stress out on the weights.

    you're gpnna have to do what works best for you- just remember to get plenty of zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
