I was using BB on a few excercises but I want to switch to DB on some. Please give me an estimate of the weight I should be using compared to my older one. I do not want to find my max, because I just got finished deconditioning. These are in pounds.
How much would 12@100 on Shrugs (I could do more weight, but had poor form due to BB) be compared to using DBs?
How much would 9@50 on BB French Press (Skull Crushers) be compared to on a single DB Lying Tricep Extension?
How much would 8@110 on BB rows be compared to on bent over DB rows?
