Hey guys, since I have made my return back into intense training I have changed a few things up, but mostly kept my old habbits, but I have now noticed that my strength is going up, and up, and up, and...well up. I have no idea why. I am doing hypertophy specific techniques and not going for strength. It seesm like at the start of a new week I am way stronger than the last week, and it has been consistant for about 3 months now. The only drastic thing that I have changed is my diet. I am geting a lot more of my nutrients from whole foods and try to not to tke any weight gainers or too much whey.
--I am just wondering in your guy's opinion, if you think that the change in diet is the major component in my incredible increase in strength?
