The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Hey, A new Frankster

Hello everyone! If anyone cares anymore, I am still training
I have dieted from May to July to lose my fat. I haven't trained much since, I think I burnt myself out with the diet, it was crazy. I am getting back into it though, because I would like to maybe compete next April. Anyways, most of you probably remember me as the bulked up 190 lbs Frankster. I dieted down to 146, too bad I didn't take any pics, I was pretty cut. These pics were taken not too long ago, by the famous Sinep when I was around 152 lbs

I wouldn't say good genetics. I would say excellent hard, dedicated work!!!!!!!

You look great!!! How tall are you?
Any leg shots or did I miss them?
My only negative feedback is your lat spread, work on your width.
Although I could be way off since one picture doesn't really show what you really have. Anyways, you look awesome. What was your bf?

As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

I'm with Maki. The first thing that I saw lagging would be your lats. I think that you should hit those alittle harder. Make them a priority.

Other then that I would say you've done a great job and I'm truly impressed with the cut the you did. WOW!!

Right click it..."copy shortcut", then paste it in your browser URL box...then add (1).JPG to the end of it. Then it'll work.

    Thanks for the compliments

    My lats aren't lagging... theyy're non-existent lol

I am putting all my effort in bringing them up right now. Also my arms needs need work. If I can bring those two up as well as put a little mass overall, I figure I'll look so-so good for a natural competitor.

Way to go Frankster, you worked hard and it shows. Since forever since I've known you, you've been telling me about your crappy symmetry. I don't think I've ever told you once in reply "Chill out, your symmetry is excellent" because I'm an honest guy and wouldn't have told you so unless I really meant it. But damn, look at you, I'm typing this with the foot into my mouth and fear that in the future you may become a threat to me in contest. Now that you know you've got the genetics for it, coupled with the right mind all you've got to do is put yourself into it and you've got it made. Proud to be your training partner even though we can't train together anymore.
