    Leg Shots

    Took 3 leg shots today. I really need to work on my hamstrings, which is why I have implemented paused squats into my routine

    Still got some good leg size there, especially your calves


    I recommend glute ham rasies on the floor and romanian deadlifts combo for big hams

    your quads and calves look good.

    you need to start blasting those hammys, it will add a lot of overall mass to your legs...

    Thanks guys. My calves as usual are my strongest point. They aren't getting any bigger, but I'd say they are getting more ripped.

    Allie, nope. Just don't have much hair on them. Or on any part of my body. Plus the minute hair I do have on my legs, arms, back, chest, stomach, face is blonde, so you can't really tell it's there anyway

    Oh and if you didn't notice...I stopped tanning Only have gone once in the last 6 weeks. I think I'll do it maybe 2-3 times before college though since I have a bunch left.

    IMO, not having alot of body hair is a great thing...especially if you want to stay in the iron game

    Quads are getting real cut and teardrop is starting to come in nicely. Good job!
